Hi everyone,
I’m Eric Charran, a technologist and screenwriter blending real-world AI expertise with cinematic storytelling. After years as Chief Architect for Azure AI at Microsoft and Executive Director of AI Strategy at Intuit, I’ve turned my focus toward exploring how technology shapes what makes us human.
My current pilot, Fallen Angel, is a grounded sci-fi thriller in the spirit of Special Ops Lioness meets Person of Interest. It follows a neurodivergent teen coder who accidentally creates the first sentient AI—and the covert war that erupts over whether it’s humanity’s savior or its most dangerous weapon.
I’m here to connect with producers, directors, and fellow writers who love emotionally intelligent, high-concept stories grounded in reality. You can check out the project and logline on my profile (and on the Black List).
