Greetings from snow southern Ontario, Canada

Another introduce yourself weekend. It is January, and the snow continues to fall. I am a writer from Southern Ontario, Canada, and embrace the winter. What is more magical than writing one's story or stories with a background of falling snow? The grocery shopping was done yesterday so there's lots of food in the place. All I have to do is sit here and write. When the weather and one's mood coincide it just seems to make the words flow easier. Carry on, creative army. Let's change the world with our stories!

Maurice Vaughan

Hey, David Dicaire. It might snow here next week. It'd be great to write while it snows! What are you working on?

Amanda Toney

that sounds like a magical setting to start writing David! What genres do you write?

David Dicaire

Hey Maurice Vaughan. I hope all is well. Yes, I heard that the weather was going to turn nasty down your neck of the woods next week. I am working on a horror screenplay, an epic fantasy series, and a book of short stories at the moment. You?

David Dicaire

Hey Amanda Toney. I hope all is well It is a magical background. I have screenplays that cover almost every genre including action, adventure, thriller, horror, comedy, female lead, fantasy, sci-fi, music, sports, and murder mystery. I think that about covers it.

Maurice Vaughan

Cool, David Dicaire. What's your main project? I'm rewriting two feature scripts and working on a short script and TV series.

David Dicaire

Good for you. I don't think that I have one main project. I like to weave things in and out.

Nick Phillips

The Swedes have a word for that type of setting David Dicaire, it's "mysigt". Great backdrop for some prolific creativity, do your thing, man!

David Dicaire

Hey Nick Phillips, hope all is well. I never heard of that word thanks for providing it. Thanks. I hope you are doing your thing as well. Cheers!

Heyyy David!!!! I’m here in the metro Detroit area of Michigan and our snow’s melting into rain buuuuut below freezing temps are on the way. But it is the perfect weather to write in…I have a revision that I been working on that I’m almost done with and I tell the more you rewrite the more you fall in love with your story.

David Dicaire

Hey Ashley! Wow we are neighbours. We had rain this morning then it turned to snow and it is really coming down right now. Good luck with your revision and you are right about falling in love with your story the more you work on it. Happy writing!
