Hello Stage 32 friends,
I am Charmane Wedderburn a budding screenwriter based in Switzerland.I love reading stories so much growing up, I wanted to create a world of my own as well, which is how I fell in love with storytelling, writing in particular.
My favorite movie screenplay that I've written is a romantic comedy, called "Caribbean Cougars", and I can't wait to see it on the big screen.
The script was challenging to write because I had to capture both the comedic and dramatic elements of the story. I enjoyed writing "Caribbean Cougars" because it allowed me to explore different ways of expressing emotions through dialogue and action. Thank you for reading, and I wish you all a happy Sunday.

Hi, Charmane Wedderburn. I hope you're having a great weekend! I can't wait to see Caribbean Cougars on the big screen too! Switzerland is beautiful. I've never been, but I've seen pictures. Did you write a script that takes place there?

Hi Maurice Vaughan, The dramatic alpine scenery in addition to its historic towns and modern cities makes Switzerland a unique and unmissable destination to include in your next European adventure.
Yes I did! " How I Became A Fish.;" another of my lifes work, explores the story of a visual artist forced to confront his values after being diagnosed with the skin disease, Ichthyosis Vulgaris.

Maurice Vaughan, I am working on a dramatic TV series called "SCALES." Maybe we can collaborare together, if you want. It tells the story about a man that is so in love with a beautiful young woman. As she found out about his skin diseases, she ends the relationship abruptly. He felt so humilated that he tried to kill himself. "SCALES" will be taking place in Switzerland.

Charmane Wedderburn Welcome! I'm curious if you could share some insight on what the film community in Switzerland is like? I'm very curious on how the community is since I don't have any background knowledge on it. Thanks!

H Jordan Smith, Switzerland does not have a film industry along the lines of Hollywood. Most filmmakers are dependent on government support.
