I'd love to hear your stories about filming in interesting or unknown places. Was there anywhere that stood out? Did you have to make huge changes last minute to accommodate? Did they surprise you with their solutions?
I put a custom train track motorcycle sidecar on the EL train tracks in Chicago, and used a tunnel for a secret lair on 'Blankman' starring and written by Damon Wayans for Columbia Pictures I produced. Very complex organization working with the city.
Aiden Barr Thank you! It was a fun one to produce and I agree with you. The CTA was extremely helpful and I truly couldn't believe they let us get away with some of the things we were able to do!

Death Valley stands out for me. Technically Saline Valley. The drive to and from set was long and treacherous.

It fit the vibe of the film. Thanks for enduring that.

I’ve also shot in Rochester’s abandoned subway twice. Very weird vibes. After 8 hours in the underground you crave fresh air.

@filmbudget @Jack Binder that was such a fun movie and the Chicago Transit Authority missed out on a tourist attraction.
