I am very happy to share an interview I recently did as a thought leader for Stage 32, with Daniel Castillejos, a entertainment and copyright lawyer from Mexico City.
Daniel is a good friend but mostly importantly, an expert on film clearance.
Film clearance is something I knew little about, and I got intrigued by it while talking about this topic with Daniel, so we decided to do an interview and share the insights for the Stage 32 community.
The result is our next episode of Talking Business: Insights From The Indie Film Industry:

Enjoy and I invite everyone to ask questions, leave comments and send likes, both on Stage 32 as well as LinkedIn! Thank you.

Awesome share, David Zannoni. Film clearance can feel wonky or confusing when starting a project but there are few worse headaches and expenses that having to deal with clearnces AFTER you film. This is critical knowledge for filmmakers are every level. Flagging for my network.

Great topic David Zannoni - confusion abounds in what needs to be cleared. Artwork on the walls of locations is often overlooked...until it's not!
