My TV pilot MY FAVORITE NARCISSIST has been selected for an OWA Submission here on Stage 32! wooooooo! It also has won a total of 23 screenwriting competitions and film festivals. It’s about an astute Latina assistant who finds herself working for a narcissistic politician. I had a literary agent read it and she said I could write, but my pitch deck was better than the actual script. So it’s been rewritten and it’s a winner! This kind of encouragement is invaluable for an aspiring screenwriter. I’ve come to depend on the encouragement coming from the screenwriting community through film festivals and competitions.
