My web series keeps getting many views but I would like to get out of AdSense hell. Youtube has blocked me from running ads and making money. I have requested reinstatement but to no avail. I want to make a lot more content but without the ability to make SOME money, what's the point. I would also like this person to increase the volume of my views, and subscriptions. Pay is negotiable.

I thought youtube was supposed to send you an email as to why they blocked you. I cant guarantee this will help but I found this from similar complaints https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/57153
