Hey All, I am scouting for a location in or around LA that looks like it could be a street in an underdeveloped foreign country. Maybe somewhere thats worn down or unkept, possibly with a very modest store front. If anyone can point me in the right direction of where to look. Thanks!

If you go to Washington Blvd. between Soto in East Los Angeles and the railroad tracks you will find many industrial areas that look third world. Includes graffiti and really bad street condition and very unkept.
