Hello Everyone!
My name is Irene Conde and I’m a writer and producer in Los Angeles. I just wanted to say hello because I’ve never properly introduced myself here at Stage 32 before, but I have attended the mixers which are great!
A little bit about me is that my niche is the horror genre. I live and breathe horror. I’m currently busy working on rebranding my horror alter ego, Rachel Rage. I’m hoping to have my horror blog up and running again before October due to the fact that it was hacked a couple of weeks ago. I’m also working on trying to finish writing on my horror script so that I can begin filming soon. I recently produced a short film called Durban Poison for the 48 Hour Film Project – LA where we were one of 26 films chosen as ‘Best of’ LA to be screened at the Grauman’s Chinese Theatre. Our cast and crew were very honored to have been nominated for five awards.
My hopes and dreams are to continue to pursue my creative endeavors in the horror genre. I’m also a dancer/choreographer and would love to have my own horror dance troupe one day as well.
But in the real world and during the day when I’m not working as a creative, I am an entrepreneur where I am involved in many different business ventures. Hey, you have to pay the bills some way in order to live in LA.
