Same here. Went to Coverfly site, it is up and running. Maybe tech glitch that needs to be worked out.

I presume this problem is associated with my normal Stage32 Profile disappearing and being replaced with 'not listed'?
(I spent a substantial part of my Engineering Career interfacing with I.T.
I am well aware that, if a program can go wrong... it will go wrong.)

Yes, it works now by exporting data from coverfly account and uploading to stage32.

Hey Maurice. Quick question for you. When you import your Coverfly data to Stage 32 does it overwrite your existing profile info/projects/etc.? Or does it just augment your existing profile?

I've imported mine but where on my profile does it show? I can't see my Red List or percent listings. Do you know where all of that is displayed?

hey Lauren; there's a button on your page, quite central somewhere that says something like "expand Coverfly" or something like that. I can't recall exactly, but click it & your profile will look like this: https://www.stage32.com/profile/819270/about

Is anyone else having trouble with their Coverfly profiled download being to large, file size wise, for upload to Stage 32? My file is 621MB (with drafts taking up a lot of space). But the upload limit is 150MB. Stage 32 support suggested unzipping the download, deleting the drafts, recompressing and attempting to upload again. But Stage 32s uploader issues an error stating that it appears as though my upload has been modified outside of Coverfly and won't be accepted. Any tips?

I transferred my file a couple days ago. I dragged and dropped the zip file and that worked for me.

I tried today. The Coverfly ZIP file was created but failed to Upload to the Stage32 site. Checked the file, everything was there, just won't upload. It suggests to try an AWS file. However, there is no option to create an AWS file from Coverfly site, only ZIP file.

Coverfly is saying that we can only export our data every 21 days and that I've exported already within that time...but no I didn't. Grrrrr. Anyone else getting this?

I have tried the sync several different times, over the course of days, and continue to get errors. It timed out a few times at 15 minutes several times. I received a response from the support team, but now the link they sent me just keeps saying unable to authenticate when I try logging in. What happens when September 1st comes and we cannot syn our coverfly account?
