Ever hear of Mayday Parker/Spider-Girl a comic series from Marvel set in the MC2 universe? An alternate continuity of the main storyline. I would like to pitch to Disney a potential series based on the series. 

SYNOPSIS:

SPIDER-GIRL

Peter Parker had retired as Spider-Man and is married to Mary-Jane Watson and have two kids: Mayday “May” Parker and Benji Parker. After some time May soon starts to develop her own spider powers and while Benji is excited by this May wishes to keep it quiet and not tell anyone and never use them wanting to live a normal life. Meanwhile Peter finds out a rise of gang life he decides to be Spider-Man again with MJ’s support.

Then one day a crook runs by May and her, and May lets him flee past her not wanting to use her power and live a normal life. But then there is a drive by shooting at her school and her best friend Dina was killed, upset she dons a hoodie and goes after the killer while Benji informs their parents and Peter and M.J realize May has spider powers. Tracking the killer May confronts him and is about to finish when Peter arrives, and May finally learns her father is Spider-Man and is upset then when the killer flees May catches him, she discovers he is the same crook she let escape and is shocked Peter knocks him out and the cops arrive and arrests the crook.

Peter and MJ have a heart to heart with the kids and Peter reveals when he allowed a criminal named Dennis Carradine to escape and his Uncle Ben was killed and that with great power comes great responsibility. May decides to use her powers responsibly and Peter decides to train her with Kaine and Ben Reilly/Scarlett Spider to be Spider-Girl.

Meanwhile in an undisclosed location a figure is watching and sees the reports of Spider-Girl and makes the connection between her and Spider-Man. Then facing what looks like a legion of goblin like soldiers and the figure is revealed to be the Green Goblin who announces they are returning to New York to see an old friend and that it will be a big surprise and laughs manically.
