A sequel to Top Dog, I know some people didn't like it, but it was a good movie to me and should have a sequel. Besides it had Chuck Norris and a police dog fighting Neo-Nazi's, how many enjoyed that? 

SYNOPSIS:

TOP DOG SEQUEL

Police officer Nick Fallon on patrol finds something odd happening and investigates and is found by a white supremacist and is killed his K-9 partner Ruggles survives. Police Captain Wayne Brian calls Maverick cop Joe Fan to investigate Nick’s death with Ruggles and meets Nick’s family. Joe manages to find evidence linking to a Neo-Nazi group and he and Ruggles survives an attack on his life.

Joe also befriends Nick’s family and learns that the group’s leader John Racker hired known Neo-Nazi criminal Corbin Rake to pull off a bombing on a Juneteenth festival. Joe and other officers manage to trail Rake’s henchmen to a warehouse where two of his partners are killed and Joe is captured and Ruggles evades them and aids in Joe’s escape.

Joe and the other officers arrive at the festival just as the Neo-Nazi’s attack and are fended off, as Joe and Rack face off in battle Racker is arrested trying to escape. Joe defeats Rake and Ruggles almost attacks him, suspicious Joe questions him as to why, Rake admits he had killed Nick, and Nick’s kids calm Ruggles as Joe arrest Rake.

The Juneteenth Festival continues and is a success.
