I am an award-winning filmmaker currently based in Manchester, UK. I have experience directing films, working with large and diverse teams, and organising major events and conferences. I have worked on projects with the BBC, Discovery Plus, the BFI and am particularly interested in environmental documentaries and sustainable Film & TV Productions. I worked for Earth Angel in New York City, as an environmental supervisor on major movie sets. Additionally, I spent a year in Washington DC working for the US Department of Energy, further developing my skills in the sustainability and renewable energy fields.
I have a range of technical experience from over 8 years of working on productions including feature films and live television and radio broadcasts, and have attended major international film festivals including Cannes, Sundance, Tribeca and Raindance.
I currently work as Manager of The Creativity Conference, in addition to being a full-time Geography undergraduate student at the University of Manchester, where I am president of the Student TV Station, Filmmaking Society and organise TEDxUniversityofManchester.
Outside of filmmaking, I am also a qualified drone pilot, percussionist, actor, writer and runner.
