Well stated logline and excellent use of the active voice. SPECTRE's an acronym, so capitalize. The thing about butterfly effects is, it's quite difficult to predict what the ramifications are. A terror organization would seek a far more direct and menacing threat.
Also, why would Jane Bond need to go rogue to stop her ex-fiancé? Bond routinely opposes SPECTRE as part of this mission.
