About Tiara

Tiara is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of New Haven where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a concentration in Film Production and minor in Business Management.

She interned in production at NBC Syndication Studios for 'Maury', the longest running daytime talk show with a single host, and has 'PA'd' on reality television and commercial sets for CPG brands and television network promo. Her experience extends beyond production as she has worked at marketing platforms and creative agencies such as Captiv8, Code & Theory, JUV Consulting, and Next Gen Practice @ United Talent Agency.

She has also built up a robust theater production/promotion resume. She was a casting intern at Equity and Non-Equity auditions for New Paradigm Theater Company and Shakespeare on the Sound. She has worked as a running crew member (Dresser, Spot, Lighting, Hair & Makeup) and assistant stage manager in community, educational, and a regional theater production.

She is an active alum of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences GOLD Rising Program where she was mentored 1:1 by a Hollywood writer/director and was selected for a mini-mentorship group session with a TV/Film talent agent at Paradigm Talent Agency.

Additionally, she is an entertainment host, having taken improv, comedy writing, and performance classes at The PIT, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and T. Schreiber. She has interviewed theatre artists and indie filmmakers for her podcast.
