I am a storyteller at heart—whether through acting, writing, or filmmaking—and my journey into the arts has been deeply personal. Born in the Netherlands, I relocated to Sweden in 2015, where I fully embraced my passion for acting and filmmaking. Now back in the Netherlands, I am preparing for another move abroad later this year, continuing my pursuit of artistic growth and international collaborations.
My background in healthcare has given me a deep understanding of human nature. For over a decade, I supported individuals with mental disabilities, taught ballroom dance within this community, and volunteered as a driver for the animal ambulance. These experiences have profoundly influenced my storytelling, allowing me to craft narratives that feel authentic, emotionally compelling, and deeply human.
Creativity has always been a constant in my life. I started playing the French horn at 6, dancing ballroom at 15, and singing at 18. Yet, acting was always my dream. After years of working in healthcare, I finally pursued formal acting training in Meisner, Stanislavski, Uta Hagen, and Stella Adler techniques, immersing myself in the craft and gaining a deep appreciation for the collaborative nature of filmmaking.
Beyond acting, I am also a published author, having written and released two books, with a third on the way. My writing, much like my films, delves into psychological depth, human relationships, and thought-provoking themes. I am particularly drawn to the dramatic storytelling of the ‘80s and ‘90s, when films had a more natural pace and emotional resonance—stories that stayed with audiences long after the credits rolled. In today’s industry, where spectacle often overshadows substance, I strive to bring back those character-driven narratives that leave a lasting impact.
As someone living with autism and having experienced an abusive upbringing, acting and writing have given me an outlet to explore, understand, and express the intricacies of human emotion. They have allowed me to turn personal challenges into stories that resonate, inspire conversations, and reflect the beauty and complexity of real life.
I am always seeking new opportunities to grow, collaborate, and tell meaningful stories. Working across Europe and beyond, I remain committed to crafting films and narratives that don’t just entertain, but truly move people.
