Emerging from the cave

It's been way too long since I've been here! I've been writing like a fiend and have completed two drama features, a gritty pilot and am wrapping up a second gritty pilot with a dark comedy undertone. I live in Napa, CA, so I love to get connected wherever possible. Don't hesitate to connect!

Dara Taylor

Glad to have you here, Nell! I'm liking all the grit :-) What are your pilots about?

Nell Esterhazy Scannon

Hi Dara! One is a Gothic (non-proceedural) crime/suspense drama with a female lead based on a novel I wrote and the other is a Gothic (very) dark comedy about a bunch of murderesses.

Dara Taylor

Oh man, two of my favorite genres! Please keep me updated on how they're going!

Nell Esterhazy Scannon

Thank you for the advice! As soon as I finish the second draft and get my logline and query letter exactly where I want them I will pursue this avenue for sure!

Don Dobrez Jr

Welcome Nell! Lots of great people on Stage 32
