Successes and failures, against opponents and themselves, the women combat challenges on and off the field. Following players at different levels of the game, the women balance practice, work, training and home life. At the elite level women compete to earn a spot on the national team, for some the dream is the Olympics. A premier club team plays for the national championships. A coach teaches a new batch of rookies. Seasoned players work to earn a starting position. Injured players struggle to make a comeback, and everyone has fun. Each story is a journey and each journey is the story of women’s rugby.
