After landing his dream job of working for a film studio in Los Angeles, Alex finds himself involved in a murder case after an actor is killed on set.  Things get weird when the ghost of the person murdered asks him to solve the case of their murder.  In their quest for answers, the two form a friendship as they encounter crime lords, corrupt cops, and the less glamorous side of the Hollywood industry.
