About Angel

Angel is Communications and Industry Engagement Director for NBO Film Festival in Kenya, and consults organisations such as the Doha Film Institute and WOLF Consultants and individuals in entertainment, technology and international development sectors on international media relations & publicity, strategic communications, and multiple stakeholder engagement. She was a producer on award-winning documentaries Fight Like a Girl and Squirrel Wars by Jill Morley, and on Jongsma + O’Neill’s VR/ Immersive documentary installation What Goes Up // Must Come Down.

She previously managed festival publicity for Toronto International Film Festival and Tribeca Festival, and served on film juries at Thessaloniki Film Festival, Thessaloniki Documentary Film Festival and Woods Hole Film Festival. Angel is currently in development on several documentary film projects, a docuseries, and an experiential XR platform.
