A serial killer is stalking young women in Southern Louisiana. A detective is framed for the crime when his daughter is abducted, and gains a hidden power in the process. 

SYNOPSIS:

Detective Dante Maspero has been dialing it in for years since his wife's death. The only thing that keeps him going is the desire to find the "Angel Killer" in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. When Dante's wayward daughter is taken by the very killer that Dante is hunting, it takes him on a dark journey through the underworld. He emerges lost, but with a supernatural power that challenges his grip on reality and renews his commitment to finding the killer.
