Hauntings at a heritage house in Portland, Oregon, forces the home’s broken male occupant to act. In a genre twist, the ghost of a once benevolent historical businesswoman and investigator forces the man to confront his own demons, save his broken family, and turn his own path of planned destruction into something meaningful.

Hi Tracy. I live in New West. I can't believe all the scripts you've written. Good for you! I'm up to my ears in a course at ScreenwritingU. I'll try to get back to you when it's over. Stay safe.
Hi Joan. I live in Coquitlam. I got both your notes and I am on here a lot. Still given'er, yes ;) I am motivated to start another. I get being up to your ears. When I'm draft writing, I rarely take breaks. No hurry, enjoy the course. I'll be around. Cheers :)

I just uploaded the screenplay for comment and review (without title page). It hasn't been read by anyone. Good luck to eveyone!
It is always good to begin with a problem. Being rattled is not much of a problem. The problem seems to be that he has ‘demons’ and a broken family. The ghosts help him fix these problems. The logline should give some indication as to how.
