The series follows the disappearance of a child in a small town, revealing a complex network of investigations, a clandestine laboratory, and a girl with extraordinary abilities. The tone blends: a youthful investigation in the style of Scooby-Doo, Cold War-era conspiratorial tension, a supernatural mystery à la Gravity Falls, a dark and atmospheric mood inspired by Stranger Things (but with its own identity), a cinematic aesthetic from the 70s/80s/90s.
