About Blain

I've been editing video since I was 12 years old. I used to just play around with Home videos and mashed together montages using my favorite shows, but I knew I wanted to pursue it as a career.

I went to school, earned my degree as a motion graphics artist, and moved on to an animation studio where I became their offline editor, and eventual Post production supervisor editing short form Narrative Animation all the way from Animatics to Masters.

I worked at a studio for just shy of 4 years and now I'm looking to move on and expand my horizon. Music videos, Documentaries, short films, features; you name it, I want to edit it. I'm fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and Avid Media Composer, as well as several less standard applications.

I'm not just a lone editor. If you need something shot or scored or need some animation, or just about anything in pre production, production, and post production; I have an entire team behind me in Fusion North.
