Carina S. Burns is an American published Author working with Christina Patjens aka Lucie de Jong, who has completed the book to film adaptation and the synopsis is in development.
Carina enjoys reading, nature, and all aspects of foreign cultures, including exotic cuisines, cultural history, and language. She has traveled the globe throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Saudi Arabia. She studied writing at DeAnza College and Stanford and was a member of the California Writers Club South Bay Branch. She grew up in the Boston area, and she has lived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Paris, France throughout her childhood and adolescence during the seventies. She and her husband lived in Paris from 2016 - 2019. They have returned to Palo Alto, California where they were living since 2007 raising three sons.
