Delaina M. Waldron is not only a passionate storyteller but she is also a single Mother and a Military Veteran based in New York City.

Delaina M. Waldron is a published Author. Her Children's book "Buddies" and her paranormal/thriller novel "HerStory" are both available online for purchase.

She produced, directed and edited a short visual/audio book adapted from her Children's book "Buddies" that was Officially Selected in the 2021 KidFilm Festival and the USA Film Festival Dallas.

She also produced and wrote a short Sci-fi/Historical film called "ERA" which was a winner in the 2019 "NY Women in Film and Television" and "Go Indie TV". Officially Selected for the "Black TV and Film Collective" and was a nominee for "Moving Pictures Festival".

Her feature sci-fi/thriller "5Alive" was a Finalist in the 2025 Best Script Award - London and the 2024 Scriptapalooza Screenwriting Contest, a Semi-Finalist in 2025 Weirdfest Screenplay Competition.

Her short sci-fi/Historical "ERA II" was a Semi-Finalist in the 2025 Weirdfest short screenplay Competition.

Her feature comedy/romance "Un-Arranged Marriage" was a Quarter Finalist in the 2024 Inroads Screenwriting Fellowship.

Her feature comedy/sci-fi "Oh Ship!" was Officially Selected in the 2023 Hollywood International Indie Screenplay Awards.

Her one hour comedy/drama/sci-fi TV pilot "Back Roots" was a Quarter Finalist in the 2022 Creative Screenwriting Competition and the 2021 Showcase Script Competition.
