About Maria

Hi my name is Maria Torrez -Ellsperman. I was born and raised in Kansas. I have been a Writer, Internet Researcher/Fact Finder for 20 years. My background was mainly poetry, and short stories. Of which six were published. I just published my first book, "Unspoken Words". For the past two years I have moved in the direction of screenwriting. Genres include: Horror, Suspense Thriller, Comedy, and Syfi-Fantasy. I have just finished my second screenplay, and am working on my next two projects. I have many projects lined up for my self. Writing and directing is what I look forward to in the near future.

Unique traits: I have great ideas. And I am a bit of a perfectionist. When starting a project, I like to do a lot of digging and brain storming. Lastly, I'm amazing with computers, internet research / fact finder.
