Bill Frost was born as an identical twin on May 24th, 1976 in Virginia but raised most of his life in Nashville, TN. His father and uncle drove tour buses for The Temptations and many other musical artists while growing up as a young kid. Bill began training in Chinese Martial Arts (Shaolin Kung Fu/Wushu/Wing Chun) at the young age of 4 years old (1980) under Grand Master Rusty Gray. Over the years Bill trained heavily under other Grand Masters to include John C. Y. Tsai, John Wing Loc Ng, and John Dufresne. Being involved so heavily in Chinese Martial Arts; Bill decided to become a foreign exchange student to China while in high school. Bill was also a full contact champion and enjoyed spending time in the ring.
Bill is also a professional Magician and owns the business Frost Magic Productions out of North Carolina where he resides. His show is a consistent 5 star rated act and Bill continues to perform live on stage for various events and clients. Bill has played roles as a magician in a few projects and plans on using this talent for future work as well.
Bill left Nashville, TN in 1995 after attaining an Honors Diploma from Antioch High School, several Outstanding Speaker awards from his improvisation/debate/drama competitions, a Space Academy Scholarship and an East Regional Full Contact Championship. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps right away and decided to become an Infantryman. Bill served a total of about ten years in the US Marine Corps and left with an Honorable Discharge and several awards.
Bill Frost served 5 years in Law Enforcement as a Police Officer in North Carolina before taking a job as a contractor for the US Marine Corps in 2005 at the School of Infantry as a Military Analyst. Bill still serves in this capacity today while also owning and operating United Martial Arts Academy and Frost Magic Productions. Bill is also a certified Master Herbalist and provides private consultations. Bill will also finish his Bachelor Degree in IT Management very soon.
Bill began his acting career in 2011. He was signed up under an agent in 2012 and still uses the same agent today. Bill's skills and experience in martial arts has helped him obtain roles in martial arts films and as a fight choreographer. Bill's talents as a magician and his experience gained as a police officer and US Marine have also helped him land roles in various projects.
Today Bill Frost continues to thrive to obtain his goal of becoming a full time actor. He has now entered the area of screenplay writer and executive producer; working with award winning Directors and Photographers. Bill plans to continue to write, produce, direct and act in various film projects long into the future.
