Elena Kovalenko

With over 15 years of extensive experience, Elena Kovalenko (L’Infini) stands as an accomplished and award-winning filmmaker. Her creative journey has encompassed a range of roles, including writer, producer, director, videographer, and video editor, resulting in numerous critically acclaimed short films. Recognized by Forbes, her work has earned a place among the Best Films of the Year 2017.
Elena’s journey into filmmaking took a unique path. After graduating as a chemist/pharmacist in her early 20s, she soon transitioned to pursue her passion for storytelling, officially launching her career as a producer and director.
In late 2017, she founded her first production house, The Films LLC thefilms.io (Ex.L’Infini Productions), which quickly attracted an impressive roster of high-profile clients. As a director, Elena worked with leading brands such as Adidas, Microsoft, IHG Hotels & Resorts (Voco, Holiday Inn), Marriott International (JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton, W Hotel), Inglot, Dove, Tennis Channel, MetLife, Bayer, ARLA, Dubai Tourism, Abu Dhabi Tourism, Dubai Police, EY, Philip Stein, Hilton, Al Habtoor Group, and many more.

Over the years, The Films LLC, under Elena’s visionary leadership as director, delivered more than 450 diverse projects, including commercials, music videos, promotional and corporate videos, event coverage, and short and feature films. Elena’s creative direction and unique vision helped shape the company’s success, earning international recognition. Her work has been featured at esteemed festivals such as the La Jolla International Fashion Film Festival, Orlando Film Festival, Sundance, and Cannes, among others.
In early 2021, Elena further expanded her entrepreneurial ventures with the launch of Filming Locations (filminglocations.io). Inspired by her vision as a director, she created the platform to help production companies simplify the process of finding shooting locations. Designed for both local and international filmmakers, the platform has grown into a groundbreaking force, digitizing the process and transforming how filming locations are accessed and coordinated.
