About the job

We are assembling a high-caliber team of SAG-AFTRA producers, talented screenwriters, and investors to fast-track an exciting film or TV project this summer, with the goal of completing production and premiering before the season ends. This is a fully developed, budgeted, and crew-ready production seeking the final key players to bring it to life.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. SAG-AFTRA Producers (or Producers Seeking Writers)

  • Established SAG-AFTRA signatory producers looking for strong scripts for feature films, TV pilots, or limited series.

  • Producers with existing relationships with writers (or seeking new collaborations) to develop or polish material for immediate production.

  • Open to referrals from screenwriters—if you know a SAG producer in need of material, we want to connect!

  • Must be able to move quickly—this is a fast-paced summer shoot with a tight post-production schedule.

2. Screenwriters (Referrals Encouraged)

  • Experienced screenwriters with high-concept, producible scripts (features, TV pilots, or limited series) ready for immediate consideration.

  • Writers with drama, thriller, comedy, or genre (horror/sci-fi) material preferred—stories that can be shot efficiently on a budget.

  • If you have a direct referral to a SAG-AFTRA producer seeking material, we want to hear from you!

  • Writers open to rewrites/polishes to align with production timelines.

3. Director & Attached Crew (Ready to Shoot)

  • A director with a proven track record and fully assembled crew ready to begin production.

  • Production budget already secured in part, with additional funding opportunities available.

  • Seeking additional screenwriters to tailor scripts to the director’s vision and production constraints.

4. Investors & Financiers

  • Accredited investors or production companies interested in co-financing a low-to-mid-budget film or TV project with a clear ROI strategy.

  • Project has partial funding secured, with a detailed business plan, distribution strategy, and SAG-AFTRA compliance.

  • Opportunity for EP credits, profit participation, and promotional benefits.

Why This Project?

  • Fast turnaround – Shoot in summer, premiere before season’s end (film festivals, private screenings, or distribution deals).

  • Experienced team – Director, key crew, and partial funding already in place.

  • SAG-AFTRA aligned – Professional, union-friendly production with name talent potential.

  • Writer-friendly – Open to collaborations, referrals, and script development.

Next Steps:

If you are a SAG-AFTRA producer seeking writers, a screenwriter with a hot script, a director with a crew ready to go, or an investor looking for a vetted project, we want to hear from you!

Submit:

  • Producers: Your company details, past projects, and script needs.

  • Writers: Logline, synopsis, and sample (PDF). Mention any SAG producer referrals.

  • Investors: Level of interest and preferred involvement.

Let’s make a film/TV project this summer—and premiere it before fall!
