Jewels Proctor

Julia “Jewels” Proctor was born and raised in Washington, D.C. She has attended Morgan State University for Telecommunications and graduated from the Art Institute of Washington for Digital Film and Video Production.
Jewels has worked within the digital industry for some time, starting at: BET Interactive, Okeefe Communications Video Production, Antharia Marketing and Web Firm and the National Institutes of Health. She has assisted a wide range of staff: creative directors, producers, and editors on productions. Although, Jewels values every aspect of the creative process, she loves to conceptualize, freelance videographer and photographer.
During her free time, Jewels enjoys visiting local monuments, art museums and cheering on the local sporting teams. Overall, she is down-to-earth, creative professional with a lot of passion and she is ready to share her talent with the Comcast Spotlight team.
