Project Summary: Till Death is a dramatic short film requiring a single, versatile location featuring a modern interior and a balcony view.

What We’re Looking For: We’re hiring a location scout to help find and secure one primary location for the shoot.

Ideal Location:

• Modern condo or penthouse in Los Angeles.

• Balcony with a clear view of the beach or ocean.

Must have a skyline or scenic view (e.g., hills, cityscape, ocean).

• Interior: Open-concept living room suitable for dramatic scenes.

• Must be accessible for a small film crew and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Scout and present 2–3 suitable locations within the LA area.

• Coordinate with property owners or managers regarding access, permissions, and rates.

• Provide photo references and notes on logistics (parking, noise, light, etc.).

• Support the producer in finalizing the location.

Requirements:

• Experience in location scouting for narrative film or commercial work.

• Familiarity with LA coastal properties and their filming policies.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Reliable transportation.
