Acting : What should I include in my Film Reel? by Shauna Jane

Hello everyone as I am trying to develop and look more professional as an actor, what do I put into my Film Reel and how long should it last? Is it acceptable to add work from college? This would be work from the play Our country's Good and Decedance by Steven Berkoff.
