I need at least a rough, top sheet budget proposal to include in the crowd-funding presentation for an ambitious short film project. I have a 14 page script that contains some CG and green screen FX, as well as some flying rig shots. More detailed project description below: I’m a seasoned screenwriter-filmmaker seeking a producer/UPM/partner to help me on a highly stylized, short-film project with a strong environmental theme.
