Hi everyone,
I’m Lee Barbour, a jazz guitarist turned film composer based in Charleston, SC. My background is in performance and production, but over the past decade or so I’ve fallen in love with writing music for picture. My style leans toward indie orchestral and emotional ambient textures, and I’m especially inspired by scores that balance intimacy with cinematic sweep (think Alan Silvestri meets modern experimental soundscapes).
