I'm so passionate about this new script and I just knew it, in my gut, that even though I have only a couple of rewrites on this one the story and characters in a wonderfully (mostly) contained location were gonna be a killer. So very proud of this one. The notes, as usual, are always top-notch. Thank you, Stage32.
Logline: Set during the Civil War, a mother and daughter manage to survive by feeding the supernatural creature in their cellar, but when a handsome deserter arrives, they begin to wonder if there could be a life outside of their hidden valley.
