Michael Zolomij

I started shooting film when I was 9 or 10 years old and since that time I have only wanted to work in film and video production. Through the following years, I found opportunities to foster this passion and find friends and mentors that supported me, pushed me, and most of all believe in me when I didn’t necessarily believe in myself.

I am lucky to say that I have been working as a Director of Photography, Camera Operator, Editor, and Producer (some positions longer than others) for roughly the last 23 years. I have had the opportunity to travel the world and work with people varying from heads of state to at-risk-youth. I always loved the creative challenge and the collaboration of a message or story and working with a crew to actuate and honor that idea.

I hope I can bring this passion to you. I look forward to meeting you and discussing where we can go, what we can learn, and what stories we can tell.
