Hey. I'm Nick, and I love making people laugh.
Quick backstory:
Fat kid from a big family who tried just about every sport in the world that leads to brain injury.
Football? Done it. Boxing? Been there. Can crushing for extra lunch money? You bet.
Wanted to be a chef because I loved the kitchen life: no one bothers you there and you're part of a strange subculture that stands up for you in a fight but does nothing but insult you the sixteen hours a day you're working with them.
Parlayed all this into a stand-up comedy "career" in Austin, TX that led to several broken relationships and a case of 'Pimp Juice.'
Met a girl out of my league who didn't want to marry a guy who would be gone at night, so dropped stand-up, got married, and started a family.
Unique traits: Enjoy swimming with sharks, love trying foods I can't pronounce, but HATE spiders. Professionally-trained cook, degree in Biology, and proud owner of a watermelon-seed-spitting trophy.
