About Paula

I have been a Photographer since 2006 (Concerts/Performances, Celebrity candids, Product photography, Nature/Wildlife).
I'd been a Graphic/Production Designer in (mostly Print) advertising and other visual communications since 1991, which became a huge asset for improving my photography.

At 46, I then entered the Film industry and the Unit Stills photography genre in late summer of 2014, since I always enjoy capturing other creative artists in their element and helping them promote their productions.
I use two camera bodies, so I'd built myself two camera blimps -- successfully used on film sets I've worked on since I'd started. That's how very determined I am to succeed in this craft, enjoy the journey while producing the best images possible to help filmmakers market their vision and the passion of the actors.

Unique traits: ~ Positive energy and passion for learning ~ I can blend into environments very well whenever I need to. When a director tells me: "I didn't even hear your camera shooting..." or "I didn't even notice you there...", I receive those as compliments about how I work on set. It's certainly beneficial while working as a Unit Stills Photographer.
