Introduce Yourself : Local Laughter to kickstart Client courage by CJ Critt

Just had a table read for a TV comedy sketch show I co-wrote, and it was lively and pretty funny (thank God). Hadn't had a hand in most of the casting but we got to read it twice by staying focused and on schedule and the second time around with a little re-casting and some fun accent choices, that script started to sing. Yay! All Hail actors - For being flexible, willing, talented and let's face it, showing up! (Let's hope the client springs for the shoot, next) If you're local, come by the Texas Theatre on Jefferson Avenue in Oak Cliff after 5:30 tonight for a little liquid courage at their cozy bar... and we will celebrate!
