An amazing man in the film industry suggested that I join Stage 32, so here I am! I am completely new to this site and it will take me some time to fully figure out exactly how it works, where to go, and how to contact people. I've been a freelance writer for nearly 20 years and am currently working on scritping my latest book, Survivor, for film. The book is non fiction, but for film I have been told by several people it would be a great suspense movie bordering in the horror genre. As long as I have been writing, I've worked on many projects large and small yet screenwriting has never entered the writing world for me until now. I am thrilled at the massive amount of talent found within this site and look forward to making connections with many people in this industry. I'm not a person that will add people as a connection just to acquire random numbers for popularity. I want to have real connections with real people and hopefully be able to work together with someone on the project I'm working on now. I really want to find a great screenwriter who would be interested in partnering with me for the film of the Survivor book. I believe this book has the potential to be very big if presented in the right way. I'm sure that thousands of people say that about their work, but I truly feel that this will be huge once complete. A bit more about me personally now! As I said, I am a writer. I have acted in plays but not yet in film. I would love to do that as well. I don't believe in failure. I believe that what others call failure is actually just a stepping stone to success. I also believe that when a person believes they are amazing, that others will see them as amazing ! As for me..I am an amazing person and I strive to make each day as wonderful as possible. Nothng is impossible and success is imminent when you give all of yourself to every action that you take.

Welcome and hello! I'm fairly new here myself, but it's a comfortable and friendly place so I quickly and easily became a fan. And I don't even feel obligated to brush my hair before hanging out! tee hee! My two oldest sons are here too... Jory and Tyran Shelton. They are new screenwriters and directors, and experienced performers. Also, they are handsome and sweet. So.... ya.... I just wanted to say that. I am not yet a great screenwriter, and neither are my handsome and sweet sons (though we will be!) but I'm certain you will find one here to help turn your book into a screenplay. Thanks for welcoming me Tsara! What a great family of writers you have! My children enjoy writing as well and I hope they will continue to do so as they grow older. I'm working on a children's book currently with my 7 year old (per her request) so she can give it to her class at school. She loves being able to come up with silly content to put in the book, and I love watching her as she does! Aaaaahhhhhh.... I know much about horrific and violent relationships. Luckily I was quite young when mom took us to a safe house for women and I learned the power of breaking cycles and insisting on no violence. I'm going to put your book on my wish list right now!
