Acting : Having payment problems with an Agent by Warren Watson

Have any other Actors on here have a problem like this? I have an issue with an Agent. I still haven't been paid for a shoot two months ago so I contacted the production co and they said they paid my agent "a while ago". I contacted the agent and asked when I would be paid and he said he's "working on getting those out very soon". When I pressed him for a time frame he told me something troubling "I'm hoping to have coverage funds next week". "Hoping" isn't good enough when it's MY money he's holding on to. Who the hell do these agents think they are to hold onto MY money, the money that is rightfully mine? I can guarantee that they won't be paying any interest on my money that they held on to and they'll take their full percentage. I'm not in the habit of giving out 45 or 60 interest free loans.
