There was no way they could clean it up there and then – it would be a specialist job, so the film was stopped and everybody had to leave. It was so disappointing. We’d really been looking forward to seeing it after reading the books.” . . . 50 Shades of Weird - - - Last week another overly excited fan was arrested in Mexico for pleasuring herself during a screening of the film, while parents of young children were mortified when the bonk-fest played out on the big screen instead of The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water. So far, the X-Rated flick has grossed over $400 million worldwide.
I fail to see what the big deal is about these books or movies? I have no interest in it. There was a woman in Scotland or Ireland who got into a fight during the movie then there was another woman in Mexico who was arrested for pleasuring her self during the movie. Weird stuff. I am just glad that Charlie Hunnam bailed out of it. He was smart since he would not be able to transition from Jax violence of the final season of SoA and into a role like Grey.
Oh, Emily! That drunk lady DID do that, too! Adam Miller wrote: The woman . . . had reportedly been drinking before losing control of “all bodily fluids”!! Jeez! . . . "She lost control of everything, including all bodily fluids. The whole cinema stank. “I’m not sure of her age but she was so drunk she couldn’t move" . . . was so wasted that paramedics were called to assist the shamed boozer out of the theatre. . . . .
@ Alle - - then the USA creators of trailers are much smarter than those in NSW because they create trailers (even for "adult" films) that bear a stamp that states "approved for all audiences." After all, the 2-minute trailer might be screened in an auditorium showing a full-length animated family film. :-D
First off, I used to work at a movie theater and this is nothing new. I can't tell you how many times someone left bodily functions in the theater. and this isn't some shitty theater in bumblefuck - this was one of the most famous fancy theaters in LA. I can remember 2 instances where people literally took a shit in the theater then walked out like no biggie. so, I'll take a lady o-gasm on the seat over that any day.
I agree with you 100% Dan, i have seen people treat theaters like the old porn theaters of the 80's and early 90's. Even when i was a teen on a date and we would goto the movies i only did one thing and that was to watch the movie. Because of all the bullshit that goes on in theaters today my wife and I rarely go to The movie theater to see a movie @Danny: I met you at the last screenwriters expo in 2009 I lost track of the site you had no bullshit screenwriting or something like that do you still have a website? I really enjoyed the pitch class that you gave and I got a lot of information from youand I want to thank you for that.
@LindaAnn, which "adult" films have "approved for all audiences" trailers? The requirements for that level of approval are pretty strict. Are there really trailers for Fifty Shades of Grey playing before family films?

Every movie theatre should have a full bar. And barf bags should be available -- just like on airplanes.

Even if that's a metaphorical "X-Rated", in quotes, is it accurate? Isn't it R-rated in the US? (Not that I've seen it.)
Hopefully something she ate?

I gotta say, I don't hold a lot of faith in the authenticity of the article when it refers to the film as being X rated when it's not.
Haven't seen it yet no #spoileralerts please :D

Great, more crap about this movie. No pun intended.
...Sorry, I couldn't resist. :)
