My name is Bill Conti, I am not an actor, a director or anything else, last year I tried to make a war short film, it went bust, no actors, no money, no movie, I did have a ton of lack of interest. I tossed the script, sold off most of the props, and fired everyone. But I still would like to make a short something. Our production company’s name is Schoolyard Productions, we are registered with the state of Illinois. I was thinking of making a 30 minute comedy about a movie that is being cancelled, which I am good at doing by now. Due to the lack of interest, talent and funds in the Chicagoland area I am canceling the filming of BURNSIDE RELOADED. But I am not canceling the project. I have changed the title to BURNSIDE UNLOADED. Since I am no good at making movies, but very good at canceling them I am going for an entirely different treatment. What would you do, if in the middle of filming a scene the Director yelled, ‘CUT’, it’s a NO-GO, film is cancelled? Well, we are going to find out, but in a comedic way. There will be no script, just an outline, you come up with your own lines, ad-lib, improvisation, whatever you want to call it, we will throw something at you, you work your way out of it, and keeping it funny while your dreams are being taken away from you like so many toys by the Props Department. Everyone will get a piece for their resume reel, the more you put in the more you will get out, we have no idea how long it will be, nor if anyone will show up. The production was to be done in a theater type venue, a movie play, if you like. It was to be a satirical look at governments, a dark comedy with thought provoking ideas of what people may really want in a government. The treatment was to have a bit of a Spanish Civil War of 1936 look to it, but no real location is intended. MISSION - SCHOOLYARD PRODUCTIONS wanted to give young people and first time actors and actresses time in front of a camera. We primarily wanted new people to work with. We wanted to give people the thrill of seeing themselves on screen for the first time. We want to help build them a resume and enjoy doing it. Oh well, that’s out the window. And one other thing, don’t count on family and friends to help out, most are inept and clueless. As for my family, good people of course, but I wouldn’t count on them to pour water out of a boot if the instructions were written on the sole. If I go thru with this, it will be one person scenes, you’ll never get more than maybe two people showing up at a shooting. So I shot a bunch of one person scenes, then stick them all together, add a little music, and BING, a movie. Also, I am not doing this unless I can pay everyone. I’m looking into KickStarter for funds. And movie T-shirts of course. And that’s my story, and I’m sticking to it.

Canada, isn't that way up over by there. Sure everyone gets a T-shirt. Hey isn't Canada just like America, except without all the guns, the rioting, the racism, the welfare whores, Obama...
