Just want to say hi to you folks on Introduce Yourself Weekend. I'm Jack Comeau, a multi-hyphonite for lack of a better term. My passion and current focus is screenwriting, though I'm an Emmy winner for my lighting work and I've worked as an actor as well as done stand up comedy and written two novels. The victim of too much caffeine? Avoidance of personal life? You tell me. On the personal side, I AM happily married so that's not the problem. She and I have fled the craziness of the "Hollywood scene" and retreated to the wonders of Ventura on the CA coast. We've got a panoramic Pacific view from our very large deck and I can be at any studio lot in a little over an hour. The best of both worlds. I spend all my time writing these days, well not ALL my time. My wife would be angry about that. I write on a laptop, standing at a bar in my apartment that was part of a Connecticut tavern since 1860. It's a great writing spot. I'm spoiled. Having been in the "biz" for a while, I know the importance of networking. I hope to connect with some of you. All the best! Jack
