Hi, I'm Ron Brassfield, a screenwriter in Knoxville, TN, currently working with producers in the New York area to create pitch materials for a TV series centered around a pilot episode I wrote. I'll keep an eye on it. A great Sci-fi drama is much needed on TV
Rebecca, thanks for the kind words. I was pleased with the way the teaser turned out, myself. We were under way with the plotting and writing for this when I discovered "The X-Files" is being renewed with the original cast by Fox. I informed one of the producers, who told me of the six networks who requested the pitch materials (pre-trailer) at last Fall's NYTVF, only Fox had said a definite "no." We figured, with hindsight, their bringing back "TXF" was the reason for that. But, we think we have a different enough slant that, if we can get proper consideration, a network might just decide to pick it up despite the return of that popular program. So, here we go, touring the "boulevard of broken dreams," hope set to full charge, just like everyone else.
