Trackingb.com, Austin Film Festival, and Slamdance Film Festival. These contests are excellent, and I know for a fact that they give you great exposure. Another plug for nonprofit CineStory, for which I am a volunteer Board member. Our 2013 winner was CAKE - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3442006/. Already a film starring Jennifer Aniston! The writer was introduced to director Daniel Barnz via CineStory.
PAGE International also does a good job emailing industry pros with its winners list.
