Screenwriting : Finished my 5th feature script today :-) by Mark William Chambers

Finished my 5th feature script today :-)

This one has been eating at me for months. I wanted to say a great deal of emotion came through while writing this one and I've noticed it was much easier to finish this script than others. Even though I've done plenty of rewrites on my other stories, I feel I'm starting to understand structure and how stories are told. I've noticed I was implementing character arcs, tone, pacing, etc on a subconscious level and by the third act I was just tying up loose ends. Today has been such a relief:) Enjoying this moment for now until a rewrite is in order...

Congratulations Mark! I understand that satisfying feeling of getting a feature done! You just wanna high five someone! LOL. It must be really a good story since you put such heart and soul into it. Good luck in all you do.

Thank you Dawn! Same to you as well!

Stage 32 Staff - Julie

Congratulations on your moment! I hope you are celebrating! Cracking the code and getting to the end is so rewarding. There will always be rewrites, but nothing beats the feeling of saving your script and closing Final Draft once the 1st draft is finished. Congrats!

Thank you Julie!

Rosalind Winton

David Levy
