Introduce Yourself : Hello from Portland by Jamie Niebergall

Well, this is my first post since joining last week...excited to be part of this community! I'm a Music Composer navigating my first year in business. I've landed some (relatively!) steady gigs writing VOD/DVD release trailers, scored a student short film (15 minutes of music in 48 hours...yikes) and a few random projects along the way. Recently signed a 15-track deal with an exclusive music library, which has been really fun and educational! I'm hoping to make connections here at Stage32 to learn, grow, and hopefully partner on some film projects! I love writing to picture, and the beautiful dance between music and great visual storytelling. I've been asked to score a short film in the next 6 months, and would love to work on a documentary project sometime. I'm inspired by the work of Alexandre Desplat, John WIlliams, Trent Reznor, John Powell, Alan Silvestri and Harry Gregson-Williams, among others.
