Greetings! I have been on Stage 32 for a few months now, but am only now getting around to an official introduction. I am both a playwright and screenwriter. My plays - short and long - have been presented in 12 U.S. states now, and also Australia and the U.K. A full-length play of mine, "The Haunted Train," is being converted into a musical, and will debut off-off Broadway this October. And my quirky screenplay, "The Obligatory," won for Best Genre (Comedy) Screenplay at the Asbury Park Music in Film Festival this past April (and I am still in the process of shopping it around to agents and producers). I also have a half-hour TV pilot, a dramedy called "Not My Grandfather's Ears," that was a finalist in the Search For America's Newest Comedy Writer in 2012 - and received a one-year option (since expired). As everyone will admit, marketing oneself takes up a lot of time (even more than actual writing most days) ... but I'm hoping that the connections I make here will help with that.

Hi Randy, I know with all your prolific work these connections will pay off! Please keep me apprised of the plays and films you're doing. If you need an actor for your readings/productions please keep me in mind. I'd also be delighted to read anything you'd like to share. I'm always helping develop promising new film and theatre projects. Cheers! Romy
